Delivery: 24 hours from time of despatch, week days only. (For remote areas such as the Highlands or Islands, this may be a 2-3 day service)

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will not be shipped until the next working day.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday or next working day if a Bank Holiday is applicable.

Please remember to select ‘exchange’ as your “Reason for return”, and include a note in the parcel of what you would like the item exchanged for. If you select any other reason, we will automatically refund you.

At the Dunhope Kilt we want you to be entirely satisfied and 100% confident in us and our products. That is why we have, what we feel is the best returns policy of any online Highlandwear retailer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 365 days of your original delivery. The only exception to this our tailor-made, made-to-measure garments, unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of these items.

Please note – If you are sending your item back to be exchanged or refunded you will not be reimbursed for initial postage paid or postage cost back to us, unless the item was faulty.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items which have been worn, without original tags or packaging and are not in their original condition.

International Returns
Please send your goods back to us at the address below. Please clearly mark ‘returned goods’ on the outside of the package and on the customs label if required.
